San Run License and Copyright Agreement

1. Ownership and Copyright

San Run: Endless Pixel Runner (“San Run”) is owned and operated by San Run Developer (the “Company”).
All content, features, and functionality in San Run—including but not limited to characters (such as Kantaro and San Chan), designs, graphics, animations, gameplay mechanics, text, software code, audio, and visual elements—are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

All rights are reserved under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by installing, accessing, or playing San Run.

2. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
    . Download, install, and play San Run on your personal device for non-commercial entertainment purposes.
    . Access in-game content such as levels, leaderboards, and other available features.

You agree not to:
    . Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any portion of San Run or its content.
    . Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets.
    . Use San Run or its content for commercial gain, advertising, or resale.
    . Create derivative works based on San Run, its characters, or story elements without prior written consent.

3. Virtual Items and In-Game Content

San Run may include in-game points, achievements, items, or rewards (“Virtual Items”). These are licensed, not sold, and have no monetary value outside the game environment.

The Company may modify, suspend, or remove Virtual Items, features, or progress at any time as part of normal game operations or updates.

4. User-Generated Content

If you submit or share content related to San Run (such as screenshots, fan art, usernames, or leaderboard data), you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content for promotional, community, or marketing purposes.

You represent that your submissions do not violate the rights of any third party or contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.

5. Updates and Modifications

The Company may update, patch, or modify San Run at any time to enhance gameplay, fix issues, or ensure compliance with platform policies. Continued use of the game after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

6. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated.
The Company may terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to San Run immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using San Run and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

San Run is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Company does not warrant that San Run will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will function on all devices or operating systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of San Run, including but not limited to loss of data, gameplay progress, or device malfunction.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.
