Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to remove your San Run - Save Animals Now account.

1. Send an email to san.run.game@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account".
2. Include the email you used to sign in or your username.
3. We will erase your account within 7 business days and confirm by email.

Data Deleted

• Email and username
• Game progress and leaderboard scores
• Saved animals and in-app items

Data Retained

• Anonymized analytics data
• Transaction records kept for up to 90 days for legal and fraud prevention

Backups of deleted data may persist for up to 30 days before removal.
